    Petar holds a Bachelor of Communications, a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a Diploma of Project Management. He has over a decade’s experience in various statutory, strategic and senior management town planning positions within Local Governments.

    Petar has served as a Planning Officer for the City of Vincent and City of Stirling, has been the Co-ordinator of Planning at City of Subiaco and the Manager of Planning and Building at the City of Vincent, where he was also the Director of Planning. He has served as the Manager of Planning at City of Subiaco, Town of Cambridge and Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale.

    Throughout his career, Petar has developed a comprehensive understanding of the planning and development process and is especially talented in managing stakeholder expectations. He is driven on a daily basis by delivering smart solutions and exceptional design outcomes.

    Petar is also a soccer tragic who loves hitting the field on the weekend and welcomes any side conversations with absolutely anyone about the great game.

    Daniella is Urbanista Town Planning’s resident strategic planning expert. She has over a decade’s experience as a Town Planner in Local Government and the private sector and has a stellar reputation in the industry for her agile thinking and clever solutions.

    Daniella has a wealth of experience, having previously served as a Statutory Planning Officer at the City of Vincent, Senior Strategic Planning and Heritage Officer at the City of Vincent, Manager Strategic Planning and Heritage at the City of Vincent and Project Officer at the City of Bayswater.

    She loves the strategic side of planning, where she puts her extensive experience in land use planning, heritage, scheme amendments, local planning scheme adoption and local planning policy formulation to good use on a daily basis.

    Steven comes from a local government background with over ten years’ experience in statutory planning. He has a keen interest in technical assessment and interpretation of legislation, finding innovative solutions to ensure fair and reasonable outcomes for development. Steve welcomes new opportunities to expand the boundaries of his knowledge in planning and related fields, eager to research and review new policies and legislation to keep up to date on the latest trends in planning.

    Michael comes from a local government background with over 5 years of experience in statutory and strategic planning, where he has developed strong understanding of the WA planning framework and development approval process. Michael is an excellent communicator and will apply his knowledge of the planning framework and negotiation skills to Urbanista’s wide range of projects and to our growing clientele.
